Renew Group Sweden AB (below named ”Renew”) owns the brands Unihoc and ZONEFLOORBALL and is responsible of the website When placing an order on, you accept the terms and conditions of this document. Make sure to read the entire document and understand the terms before you place your order. 

Renew applies to Swedish consumer rights. Read more about Consumer Sales Act, Distance and doorstep Sales Act and The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To finalize an order, a customer must be 18 years of age. A customer is a physical person.

All prices on is with taxes included. Renew reserves the right to change prices at any time if taxes and other price changes occur that are out of our control.

Incoming orders on are binding when the buyer clicks ”Finalize buy”. After the order is made, an order confirmation is sent by email. Renew reserves the right to cancel any order. If you placed an order by mistake, you need to contact us immediately. Should a product not be available in stock, it will be cancelled from your order. We will then return the amount and correct the invoice.

In collaboration with Klarna, we offer payment by invoice, direct payment, instalments and credit card. By leaving information in the check out, you accept the terms of Klarna. By clicking ”finalize buy” you accept the terms of Renew.

Delivery delays
If a delivery delay of any reason will occur, we will contact you. We will do everything possible to deliver as soon as possible. As a customer you have the right to cancel you order if there is a major delay. If a situation emerges where it is impossible for us to complete an order, for example if a supplier cannot deliver to Renew. Renew reserves the right for not compensating the customer. 

Renew apply to Consumer Sales Act and will change faulty or broken products with no extra charge.

Always contact us before you return a product that you want to claim. Send us an email to with the receipt, a picture of the product and a description of the claim. This will make it easier and faster to handle your claim.

If the claim is not accepted, we will return the product to the customer if wanted. All claims will be handled as quickly as possible.

Do not accept packages with visible damages which can have affected the ordered product. Make a claim directly to the forwarding agent or at the Service Point and ask them to return the package to Renew and describe the reason of the claim on the package. Then send an email to to inform Renew about the claim.

The following conditions apply regarding claims of floorball sticks: 
Claims will only be accepted of products with manufacturing faults.

The character of the play may cause breakage in the product, at first use or after years of using it. This does not mean that it is a faulty product and give no reason to claim and return the product. If the claim is accepted by Renew, a new product is sent to the customer.

Packages not picked up
If you do not pick up your order, you as a customer are responsible for shipping costs.

The package is held A maximum NUMBER OF days before its returned to sender. THE NUMBER OF MAXIMUM DAYS DEPEND ON COUNTRY AND CAN BE BETWEEN 7 AND 14 DAYS. Not picked up packages are charged 400 SEK in arrears. If charges are not paid, the case is handed over to debt collection. No exceptions.

Renew reserves the right to correct faulty content and pricelists on the website.

Personal data
Renew is responsible for the processing of personal data that you submit to us or that we collect about you. The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is that it is necessary for the purposes of Renew’s legitimate interests to market Renew’s products and services. Read more about Renew Privacy Policy. When placing an order, address, telephone number and e-mail must be stated. Depending on payment type, you may also need to state your personal identity number.

Klarna will collect personal data in the payment process of your order. Klarna is therefore responsible for your personal data needed for making the payment according to the terms and conditions of Klarna. Read more about Klarna's policy.

By finalizing your order, you accept that we handle your personal data and use your data in order to complete and send your order. Your personal data can be transferred to Klarna and our forwarding partners in order for them to fulfill their undertaking.

Renew will take measures in accordance with applicable legislation to keep your personal data correct, complete and updated. You have the right to rectify incomplete or incorrect personal data. You also have the right to request access to records of the processing activities regarding your personal data. 

We fully comply with GDPR and will never leave your personal data to a third party, in addition to what is mentioned above. Your data is stored as long as you are an active customer.
