Return shipping cost (Sweden 79 SEK) is always paid by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Always use the original packaging. Do not remove product tags and return product bags and product boxes intact. Do not put address label or tape directly on product bag or product box. Returning for example a shoe demands an outer box protecting the shoe box. Renew reserves the right to charge the customer if these conditions are not fulfilled.  

Fill in the return form and put it in the package, attach the enclosed return label and drop it at any DHL Service Point. Find your nearest Service Point here.

Please note that with Best home delivery and DHL Express, there is no return label enclosed. Please contact, and we will help you. 

If the quality of the product has been affected more than necessary when examining the product and its functions, we will estimate the fall in value compared to 100%. Renew reserves the right to charge the customer if anything is missing.

When Renew receives the returned product with a filled out return form, we will pay back the value of the returned product/products with the return cost deducted (Sweden 79 SEK). By Swedish law, Renew has 14 days to make the return payment but we will always try to handle returns as quickly as possible. If the return form is missing, please contact us by email:

Renew applies to Consumer Sales Act and Distance and doorstep Sales Act.

A withdrawal must be returned within 14 days after receiving the order. If not returned within this period of time, the right of withdrawal is no longer valid.
